The Maverick 88 Shotgun is a civilian shotgun that holds 6 shots. It has more ammo than the DB shotgun, but is a lot less powerful. It uses the same ammunition as the Auto-5 shotgun and is visually similar, but it fires much slower, since it is pump-action. It can be found in any civilian loot spawn. The Maverick is not a recommended weapon for killing players or groups of zombies. Its pump action fire mode limits the amount of bullets that can be put out, making it dangerous against groups of zombies or players. It is recommended to switch this out with a different weapon, when possible.
